Core Credentials

PhysioFit Core Physiotherapy Programs are designed and instructed by Lana Brady, a registered Physiotherapist with 10 years experience in Women's Health Physiotherapy and author of "Moms:  Stop Doing Sit Ups and Crunches".

My inspiration came from my own challenges attaining my fitness goals postpartum.  After two c-sections and acquiring diastasis recti (a surprisingly common postpartum condition where the abdominal muscles separate along the midline), I searched for answers.

Over a two year period, through extensive research, education, and trial groups to test the effectiveness, I found the answers I was looking for and opened PhysioFit Moms - Core Physiotherapy in 2008.  Since that time, I have successfully assisted over 2,000 women in their pursuit of  a strong, functional core!
