Building a strong core from the foundation up!


Learn how to strengthen your deep core and pelvic floor; repair abdominal separation (diastasis recti); improve your posture; reduce pain in your neck, back, and shoulders; stabilize your spine, pelvis, and hips; prevent/improve incontinence; learn to reduce the risk or severity of pelvic organ prolapse; and flatten your tummy! 


This program includes an assessment, individually tailored exercises, and a small class size to ensure hands-on assistance and guidance is given to each participant.





5 Week Program:  1 session per week for 5 weeks plus 1 follow-up session.  Total sessions = 6

CorePower - Level 2

Wholistic Core and body strengthening!


Learn how to incorporate proper core strengthening techniques into total body exercises so you will be able to maximize core contractions and stability while performing classic exercises such as squats, lunges, low impact cardio, and weight lifting to optimize your total body strength and caloric burn (special focus on balance, dynamic hip stability and glute activation to improve your overall strength and fitness level).  

**Core Foundations is a pre-requisite for this class.


This program includes an assessment, individually tailored exercises, and a small class size to ensure hands-on assistance and guidance is given to each participant.

Total core and body fitness!


Learn how to optimize core strength and stability while performing low impact cardio and total body strengthening exercises. Maximize your return to sport or previous activity level with exercises that challenge your balance, endurance, total body strength and conditioning. Nicknamed "The Sweat Fest!”    **CorePower is a pre-requisite for this class.


This program includes an assessment, individually tailored exercises, and a small class size to ensure hands-on assistance and guidance is given to each participant.
